Cofundas, Inc. was formed in December 2025. Its mission is to provide aƯordable andtimely small business loans to underserved entrepreneurs in New York City. Cofundas is a Public Benefit Cooperation with cooperative ownership earned by small businessborrowers through successful loan repayment.
